The furniture in the living area and king size bed were very comfortable, The renovations were well done. It was very well stocked, with 2 rolls of tp and one pt and other amenities. Plenty of trash bags were provided as well.On our first morning we started hearing a loud whistling. A short time later it became a nearly constant loud whistling. We identified the source of the whistling coming from substantial gaps in the front door that the wind was blowing through.Then again, on our last day the wind was coming from the same direction and the whistling started again, fortunately it was gone when we returned in the evening.We also had a water main turn off on Thursday, luckily it did not last long.However, while the unit appeared clean on the surface we did encounter some areas where it was clear the housekeeping staff was only surface cleaning. There was a hairball stuck to the inside front door of the bathroom, when lifting the drain plug in the shower there was a mass accumulation of hair that’s clearly not been removed in a very long time and while brushing our teeth we could see in the mirror that the upper sink, just under the countertop needed a good cleaning.Additionally, it was very disappointing that several benefits that are advertised in the listing were not provided. Finally, the initial communication with the unit manager was excellent and responsive. This ended when we asked for the access information for subscriptions. 3 out of 5.

A perfect peaceful setting for anyone seeking serenity.. surrounded with choices of local wonderful tiki bars & eateries, broadway & mermaid shows to putt putt golf & baby alligator. Close to all shopping, St. Pete’s Airport and a beautiful short drive to downtown historic New Port Richey. We were mesmerized by the dolphins, manatees & pelicans while sitting on our patio. Love Gulf Island !

Very nice although should have been informed that the unit did not have a washer and dryer also needed more bath towels only 3 available also suggest that TV sysyem have usage instructions in the unit somewhat difficult to figure out at first.

Only disappointment was the pool, one of the reasons we booked this one, was closed ALL week and definitely don’t plan on the “beach”, it was gross!

Hard time parking was given wrong info for parking space drove in circles for half hour before finding a spot two buildings away then went to wrong room felt bad contacting manager because of being a holiday
