Among the amenities – New flooring in all living space of the house - 4 New Smart TV’s – 2 Gas Grills (1 on ground level and 1 on top deck off kitchen ) – Brand New Dock – Large Ground Level Deck – Ping Pong and foosball table are in garage and with an extra refrigerator.
