Includes 4 bedrooms – 2 of which have king sized beds w/ en suite baths – plus a den with sofabed making the occupancy 12. Top floor has a huge great room – dining area w/ table large enough to seat 12 – Kitchen w/ white cabinets and stainless steel appliances plus tons of counter space. . Among the amenities – New W/W Carpet in Bedrooms of the house - 4 Smart TV’s – 2 Gas Grills (1 on ground level and 1 on top deck off kitchen ) – Updated Composite Dock – Large Ground Level Deck – Ping Pong and foosball table are in garage and with an extra refrigerator. Decks off both floors with lovely lagoon views; Roof top deck, with lagoon view – plenty of parking. Bikes for tenant use.10 Beach Badges provided, but not guaranteed
