This has been a family home for 30 years. We decided to move to town and could not sell the property. Our home is yours for some family fun!

This 3800 sq.ft. home on beautiful Black Sturgeon Lake is located 70 ft from the water, offers premiere fishing with a large private dock.
The master bedroom loft (530 sq.ft.) with a private spa-like ensuite, and a breathtaking lake view.
Livingroom with high vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, with a panoramic view.
Cozy family room facing the lake with floor to ceiling windows and a walk out 1600 sq.ft deck with a wrap around lake view.
A large country kitchen design for functionality and entertaining. Country kitchen offers a dinette space for the little ones, as well as a full dining area for adults.
Off the country kitchen is a a 250sq.ft "Florida" sunroom, with a fully screened in area and a spectacular rock/nature view.
