This beautiful residence is nestled on a level block in a desirably tranquil cul-de-sac location, offering peace and privacy while being conveniently close to all the resort has to offer.

As a guest of this San Felipe Vacation Rental, you will have access to 2 huge swimming pools, one of the best restaurants in town (El Pavilion), and the famous Las Caras de Mexico Professional Golf course. And who can forget the private beach to enjoy with friends and loved ones? The home features two bedrooms — one bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. If you will have more than 4 guests, please bring an airbed for the 2 additional guests. The house comes complete with a welcoming kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, retaining the value of peaceful living while being conveniently close to the main pool (just a 2 to 3 minute drive). Perfect for a small family or as a holiday retreat.

Please note: This rental comes with 4 swimming pool passes only. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass. The resort requires guests to have passes to access pools. Passes are only issued directly to guests between 8AM and 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day. Monthly rentals available — utilities extra (water, electricity, internet, propane). Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Arrival after 8PM is $25 extra, which goes to cover our assistant who will work after hours to meet you.
