Couldn't be better

The Iris cottage has been renovated beautifully - new tight windows, comfortable beds, blinds that work, clever bathroom design, comfortable furniture. These improvements made our stay that much more pleasant. And of course, the location simply is the best.

Perfect location

While the cottage is small, it was very comfortable. The location is perfect. We loved not having to drive to a beach or trek up and down a lot of steps to reach the sand. We thought it might be noisy being right on the road but even Labor Day weekend was very peaceful. Having the market across the road was a nice convenience too. The bayside view from the living area is lovely.

Beyond satisfied!

The cottage was very clean and included everything I needed for a great vacation. The views were incredible! A surprise bonus were the recliners that were perfect for a nap. The Days Market across the street has all sorts of food and drink opinions too. I didn't need to drive anywhere. Highly recommend.

Cozy cottage. Beautiful sunsets. Endless water view. Tranquil. Cleanliness subpar, outdoor chairs would have been appreciated, uncomfortable sofa.

All housekeeping amenities are included, and there is room for six guests. It's in close proximity to P-Town, and all of the Outer Cape beaches. You can sea seals, shore birds, and even an occasional whale, right from the front window, and the sunsets are spectacular.

Wonderful vacation experience

We had wonderful weather and the only issue was missing one key upon check in that was resolved in a couple of hours. The cottage was clean and well appointed, the interaction I had with staff was very pleasant and friendly. I’m looking forward to next year, my family can’t wait!
