This is a brand new home with 3 bedroom 2.5 baths. With its location in the Mirador area, close to everything including the beach!! HEATED POOL for your commodity in the winter.
The pool has a pool bar where you can enjoy some cold drinks. Also outside there is a shower where you can rinse off after swimming. Enjoy a nice barbecued meal in the table outside accommodates 8 guest and 4 lounge chairs to relax in the pool area. The half bathroom the house has connects from the outside swimming pool to the inside living room.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bath and double sinks. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the pool. You can rest in the room while you are taking a peek at your kids in the pool.
The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with full bath access shared with the third guest bedroom also with 2 queen beds. Every room has its Tv with cable and Netflix.
A fully equipped, modern kitchen with a beautiful table that accommodates 8 guest and a very spacious living room to enjoy with the family and friends. COFFEE is on us!
The house is fully gated and has 2 car parking lot.
