This listing is for 1 week !!!!!!l, starting on Saturday, January 24 - January 31, 2026. Sleeps 8. Minimum stay is 7 nights. This is a 5 star timeshare resort, and this is the week that I own. This is a spectacular resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. The 2 bedroom unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also another studio unit attached with a queen bed and another sleeper sofa. You may also get one rollaway for the unit for an extra charge. There is a washer / dryer in the unit. There is a full kitchen There is underground, heated parking with 2 spots.

There is an onsite ski shop and restaurant.

The resort has multiple outdoor and indoor hot tubs, and pools. There is a restaurant, and a ski shop on site. There are 4 movie theater rooms, available to reserve. This resort is ski in / ski out a bit off the beaten path. The resort has an on call shuttle that will take you around town or to get you to the lifts a bit easier. Must be 21 or older, with a credit card.

The fees are all inclusive and there are no resort fees. This is a timeshare resort, but since I am renting it, there are no required tours.

excellent shuttle service

the location and shuttle service/drivers made the stay great, and I would stay here again for ski in/out convenience. Though I wouldn't use the Snowflake trail to ski home [upload okay], the shuttle pick up at Beaver Run made it simple to return back to Grand Timber.

Wonderful stay with great amenities

Had a wonderful week at this property. The amenities were just what we expected and we had no issues. The shuttle service was very helpful.

We live in Richmond, Virginia. We love to do active vacations. We own several weeks at Grand Timber Lodge, during the winter. Sometimes we have extra days or weeks that we are able to rent out.

Why they chose this property

I love the setting that it is in the woods. The outdoor hot tubs in the winter are just fantastic way to end the ski day. With staying at a resort, we meet people from all over the world. The rooms are large and nicely outfitted.

What makes this property unique

There is an on call shuttle to take around town. I love the underground, heated parking, and the heated walk ways and parking lot.
