Tucked in the private Cannon Hill Neighborhood, this enchanting 4 bedroom, 3 full and 1 half bathroom home with a large 40 x 20 heated salt-water pool offers tons of comfort and is perfect for your summer getaway. Just a short 5 minute stroll away, on the calm waters of Pleasant Bay, a private association beach awaits you. Use the complimentary beach gear available and sunbathe on the fine sand of this magnificent spot. Head back home to enjoy the gas fire pit next to the pool!

There is plenty of room to spread around the house. The main floor features the living room with a breakfast table and TV, a large dining room off the well-appointed kitchen, a sitting room with a TV and a half bathroom. The upper floor features two guest rooms (one with a queen and one with 2 singles), a full guest bathroom and the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. Above the garage and accessible by an outdoor staircase or a passageway through the primary bedroom closet is the fourth bedroom, with 1 queen and 2 single beds and an ensuite full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have ductless AC units, as well as the first floor living room and den.
A short 2 mile drive brings you to one of the most magnificent and sought after villages on Cape Cod. Chatham is famous for its boutique shops and 5 star restaurants among many other natural attractions. You may even catch some of its notable residents in the village while visiting!

Pool is open and heated 5/16/26 to 10/3/26. Sat to Sat, 7 night minimum rentals, Sat. to Sat. only during the peak season. 3 and 4 night stays available during the shoulder seasons at reduced rates. All linens and towels are included. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.

No one wanted to leave

First, Adam was wonderful property manager. Had never rented before, he made the process a positive one, The backyard provided us with 5 star amenities. Our family ages were 9 months to 69 years old. Perfect for all of us. The house provided us with everything you could possibly need when away from home. Outstanding experience!

Very nice property with new pool and patio area

This property is very nice. It has everything you would need. There are kayaks available to use with all life jackets beach gear chairs umbrellas etc. The fourth bedroom is over the garage with a separate entrance. It does have a full bathroom. The pool is very nice heated and has led lights for nightime. We spent as much time in the pool at night as we did during the day. The neighborhood is quiet with a private little beach within walking distance . You can walk the kayaks to the beach. The center of Chatham is only about 2 miles away a little far to walk but biking would be easy.

Fantastic Property. Smooth, Friendly Transaction. 5-Star Overall Experience!

I don't have much more to say other than the above headline. It's a great house with a truly AMAZING backyard and pool area. If there's one "complaint," it's that the pool (and all the outdoor fun) is TOO good . . . and it made it impossible to compel the kids to do anything else! So, we ended up spending far more time at the house than intended. But that was just fine by everybody. I also have to say that the house was very well-appointed: equipped with everything from board games to a DVD collection and puzzles, which made for great indoor/after-dark entertainment as well. Again, it was a great experience and it's a pleasure to leave a review reflecting that!

Well Appointed North Chatham Home w/ Pool

Had a group of 9 for the week. This was home was as advertised. It's in very good shape and seems to be well taken care of. Plenty of space for our group. Room for all to find quiet spaces if desired. Very nice Pool and back area. Nicely set up kitchen w/ modern appliances. Extra Fridge in garage came in handy. The home comes w/ pretty much everything you'd need for the week, including for outdoor activities. It's a quick 5 minute walk to get to the water / bay area down the street for kayaking. It's a short drive to Chatham center or to Chatham Lighthouse Beach. Neither of which were a problem at all. The home is in a very quiet, secluded neighborhood. We really appreciated the location due to the easy access to head north to the Beaches on the Nat'l Seashore (25-30 minutes) or even up to P'Town. Also easy access to hit the southern shore towns, Ferry's, etc., Technology all worked well, with good WiFi access throughout. TV's all were of higher quality w/ plenty of options (Cable, Netflix, etc.). Bedrooms were on the smaller side, including the beds, but that doesn't take away from the home, just something to be aware of. That wouldn't keep us from renting it again. Our Realtor / Rental Property contact (Adam) was also very helpful and readily available. Checked in a couple times to ensure all was well. Was also very seamless during the rental process. This home would be suitable for all groups, Kids (Young or Old) or no Kids. Would highly recommend.

Chilling in Chatham

Amazing location, great house for family vacation. Private beach is 4 minute walk and a beautiful spot. Heated salt water pool is fantastic with generous outdoor seating areas. Adam is a splendid host on top of everything

Cape Cod Summer 2021

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is fully stocked with anything you might need from beach chairs to kayaks to lobster pots. The community beach was so close so we used it often for short beach trips in the afternoon. This is a great house for families esp with young kids because of the pool. The only negative was that the TV was unreliable and would only sometimes work. But who needs a TV on the Cape anyway? Missing the Cape already. :)

Luxurious isolation

The home is beautifully situated at the top of a hill in such a way that you feel very isolated while relaxing there. The house is very well provisioned: well-equipped kitchen, salt-water heated pool, fire pit, substantial yard space for games. Great space for family gatherings in various ways: dining area, living room, deck, pool, fire pit -- serves the many different ways different groupings of family might gather. All in all, a wonderful spot for a family reunion, and appreciated by all.

What a wonderful house!

We had such a wonderful week in this home. There is a private beach in walking distance and it’s a short drive to Chatham Main Street and restaurants/shops. The house has a wonderful stock of games and movies and we were delighted to find kayaks, life jackets and beach chairs/toys for our use. The pool and fire pit were the perfect way to end the hot days. We will most certainly be back! One note is that the listing says the house sleeps 12 but really there are only beds for 10 people, with the house including an air mattress to accommodate 12. We missed that annotation when we booked but it didn’t bother us one bit. We will be back and thank you!!
