Some issues

Manager recommended reliable driver for late flight arrival which was very helpful. Wifi is useless! Asked owner how to get out of building if electricity goes out and he said to use the key but key only works from the outside. You would have to jump out of 3rd floor window to escape. Informed owner that the fire extinguisher read empty, at which point he told me that he wanted clients who would not find problems where there were none, said it could not be empty unless i used it, that it only feels light and asked he could return to his meeting. He refused to believe me. I know how to read a gauge and the one in the stairway was full. The difference is obvious. At a minimum i would expect him to pretend to care about your safety. Instead, i was accused and insulted.

We had insane clients before but this one took the cake. We tirelessly answered every single question he had prior to arrival. Every scenario where the earth would crash in to moon and he couldn’t leave his place. This is an apartment it’s not a hotel. People renting an apartment in Latin America should be of the type that are independent. For those that aren’t and that’s fine a hotel with 24 hour Q& A downstairs is what you should book. This guy wa checking the fire extinguishers through the building ? Who does this on vacation. I’ll tell you who he type that leaves that kind of review for us we left him 5 stars. That’s how we are. This place is awesome. Middle of it all economical. WiFi is fine and issue we send someone. He never says anything to me about it. Jacuzzi. Free guests. That’s right free guests !! Gary need to book hotel rooms and on vacation he can check there fire extinguisher tags
