Rainy weekend in Tampa

The house was great. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Unfortunately, it rained 48 hours straight on our weekend getaway and we discovered indoor activities were limited in the area. Had to drive 30-45 minutes to find indoor activities for adults. We were hoping to utilize the dock and pool more but Mother Nature was not on our side.

Thanksgiving

This was the perfect house to spend Thanksgiving with my family in Florida. Plenty of space for everyone that came for dinner . The pool was a good size . Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to swim. The house manager was great! She responded right away with any questions I had. I would stay again !

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

The yard had not been cut in A WHILE. Weeds everywhere. Pool was not running and needed water. The home never got cooler than a very warm 76° and this was in AUGUST in FLORIDA. The air return filter was DISGUSTING and hadn’t been changed in months. The owner solutions were to come cut the grass at 7am on our first full day of vacation. And continue to state “nothing was wrong with the ac”. I gave the owner a chance to make it right because with the amount I paid- I feel like I was SCAMMED. The rental company (Evolve) had over a month to help stand behind it and they failed to as well.

Quite canal-front escape

My wife and I enjoyed a short getaway at this canal-front property. The house was immaculately cleaned and has plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the pool with the sun shelf and additional seating.

Comfortable and Inviting

Home is a work in progress, owner is working on decorating and adding amenities to improve the home. Steps are numerous, one must be aware when using the sun room and pool area. Sophia was helpful, overall we were satisfied.
