A Grande Ole Cabin Indeed

Our family had the best time in this amazing cabin! Very clean and well stocked with all of your basic needs. We had plenty of space for our family of six plus two small dogs. Our dogs enjoyed the two balconies as much as we did. I would highly recommend this beautiful cabin for anyone wanting to visit the smoky mountains. Perfect location right off of the parkway, yet secluded for privacy. We will certainly be returning to this little gem!

I stayed at this cute cabin over Halloween 2022.

The contact for the property is so kind and helpful. She responded quickly to answer a question I had during my stay within 2 minutes. The cabin is so nice! We had 3 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. The bathrooms are ALL so nice and the beds are comfy. The location is PRIME! Minutes to restaurants, shopping and Dollywood! Yet, the location is peaceful and safe. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will be back.

Peaceful rocking and reading on the deck!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was large enough to accommodate everyone in our family of seven along with three daytime visitors plus puppy mutts. It made a great homebase for exploring the area. We enjoyed rocking and reading on the deck. The wooded area behind the cabin was thick enough we could not see the houses behind us. We did have a couple of issues when we arrived, but those were quickly resolved by the local contact. She was wonderful. However, there are a few issues that could be addressed by the owner. Just be sure your vehicle can handle very steep grades to get up to the cabin. There are a couple of short steep climbs! We would consider staying again if we go back to Pigeon Forge. It was very convenient to all the action but was far enough away to have peace and quite.

It was ok..

The first night we stayed in the cabin, the ceiling woke us up at 4am by leaking on us in our bed in the downstairs. When we got a hold of someone at 730/8am they asked us to turn the a/c unit up to 79 & that would stop the leaking. It was almost 90 degrees every day we stayed in TN we did not want to come back & stay in hot cabin. If they knew about a leak & what was causing it, why haven’t they fixed it????? They also said someone would be there by noon to look at the ceiling & no one showed up until 4pm & said there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom & to “take most shower downstair”. Didn’t offer us another place to stay, a discount & even left their ladder in the middle of the floor for my children to trip all over. All they could do was refund the rest of our nights when we had no where else to go with 8 people. Other than that, the place was clean for the most part but I was not very pleased with the customer service.
