PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Relaxing paradise!

We had such an amazing time in this unit! The views were fantastic, the space was perfect, and we had all that we needed in the unit. The grounds are beautiful and served as a great home base for all of our adventures!

the condo itself was clean and the location is ideal. super helpful to have beach chairs and umbrella provided. cool enough with fans. washing machine and dryer in condo outdated. great unit with view and easy access to multiple beaches

Awesome Condo

Loved my stay in this condo. I have stayed at Poipu Sands several times. This unit is absolutely my favorite, will be booking it again. It is nicely appointed w comfortable furniture and beds. Location is near golf, tennis, and pickle ball courts were not far away. We could could watch the turtles as we walked on a path by the vacation club across the way. It was amazing. Being next to the Hyatt is a plus. SeaView terrace views unbeatable.

Poipu Sands is lovely, BUT THIS condo needs TLC

PROS: Nice complex, roomy condo, great location, lovely view from spacious lanai, well-equipped kitchen, great pool area, well-maintained grounds, Shipwreck beach is lush and lovely. CONS: Front screen door doesn't fit/broken, carpet is edged with black mildew, main TV needs replacing, master bath tub is worn, master ceiling fan is rickety, wood window sills are rotting in bedrooms because of moisture, just overall needs a revamp. Travelled with two other couples so saw other units that were much nicer. I'd definitely recommend staying at Poipu Sands just NOT THIS UNIT. Keep searching.

Perfect location and space. This is my third stay at various Poipu Sands units and this one was the best!! The proximity to the water and sounds of the waves is the best. This unit is HUGE and could absolutely accommodate a small family of 6 with ease.

Sunrise on the balcony

Every morning we had an unobstructed view of a beautiful sunrise from the balcony of this condo. The generous amount of open space and the way the condos are situated provide for great views of the ocean and sunrise. We also enjoyed the proximity to the walking path which runs along the shore. The unit was very comfortable. The master bath shower could use some updating. The management company was very accommodating and helpful.

Exactly as pictured and a great condo for families who want to be together but need privacy as well.

We are a family of four with two grown kids. (20 and 18). Our room and bathroom was upstairs and theirs downstairs and they had separate beds. Full kitchen and beautiful view. This is a great location for families and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you. We will stay with Parrish again.

Beautiful condo ocean front waves crashing just perfect!

Everything you need perfect set up. Very clean, no bugs the ocean breeze and ceiling fans kept us cool. These are very nice and expensive condos built well. Celebrated our 25th Anniversary. This condo is on the start of the heritage trail, and the Hyatt. Love Poipu and the Kauian people, they are so laid back and friendly. Thank you, will be back again!
