This near-beach 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home offers tremendous privacy and comfort on a large, tropical lot in a quiet neighborhood with a short stroll to the beach.

"Turtle Tracks" is the perfect Sanibel Island beach style home that is sure to please you and your family! This raised home is located off the highly desirable West Gulf Drive within close proximity to the beautiful shell strewn beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entering the home you'll be greeted with large, vaulted ceilings, open living/dining floor plan, and the gorgeous Florida sunshine coming in at every angle. The two-story screened lanai features a large heated pool that offers full sun throughout the day and serves as a great way to relax and unwind on a sunny Sanibel afternoon. The large, private lot provides additional parking if you are planning to bring your boat or RV along. This home has an ideal location with easy access to the beach and close proximity to the island wide bike paths, Sanibel Rec. Center, and Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge Center. Everything is at you fingertips! So sit back, relax, and enjoy everything your new fabulous home has to offer!!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6), 4 flatscreen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed 2 story lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill. Pets Considered (Dogs Only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Dream Vacation Home in Paradise!

The home was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels for the home and beach. The heavy duty washer and dryer were great to do our frequent beach towel laundries and the appliances all seem fairly recent. We did have trouble with the ice maker but the property management team was quick to bring ice trays and were ordering a filter for it. We managed fine with the ice trays. It is comfortable, bright, and airy and the sliders let the outside in! Because the pool is enclosed by screen, there are very few insects, if any, that get through so we could keep the sliders open. I appreciate that the rental was pet friendly for our goldendoodle and the floors were easy care. As the furniture was white, we covered everything with beach towels for our entire stay just in case. The pool was a dream come true; if we didn’t want to go to the beach, it was easy to cool off. Appreciate that the pool and grounds were taken care of weekly. Quiet but friendly and helpful neighbors. The location of the house is perfect...easy bike ride to anywhere you want to go. There are bikes in the garage and we left some pool noodles for future guests. The beach access is hard to find. We were given directions to it by a neighbor. and it’s about 12 minute walk. The access path is at the end of the furthest culdesac and once we figured it out, we used it almost every day. Perhaps a little map?The property management team was awesome; we called them with a few concerns and they responded to the house within a couple of hours. Overall the house was very clean at the start of our rental however I do suggest that the cleaning company be reminded to clean under beds and under the dining table rug before the next guests as we found them dusty and sandy to start. We truly had a fantastic time and we would definitely rent this home again some time in the future. The only sad part was having to leave at th

We walked to the beach most days and enjoyed the walk and exercise. The kitchen is well equipped, and we used it for the majority of our meals. But, we cannot make a trip to Sanibel without eating at some favorites. Our current favorite for a nice dinner out is Sweet Melissa's, and we always enjoy Gramma Dot's as well as others. The house was clean, and the manager is great. Our dog loves Sanibel, too, and was glad he could come.

A month is too short

We hated to leave this special home on our favorite island!The home offered many things in addition to what is on the site. The pool is huge and was warm the entire month of January. We could hear the ocean at night through the bedroom doors.We LOVED the location near the nature reserve.It was so enjoyable to walk either there or to the beach, and to bike to Bailey's grocery store for necessities.The foilage and native plants surrounding the house and community were a pleasure to be surrounded by, as well as the peace and quite the area offers.The house is very well stocked and comfortable.Large master bath, large TV's in all rooms, sufficient towels, linens, etc. we appreciated all the care and thought that went into making sure these things were provided. would love to stay here in the future.

Great relaxing vacation!

We were very lucky to have stumbled upon this very chic house. The photos are accurate and it is really that nice! It had the beach, vacation feel without being overcrowded without all the knick-knacks that can be overbearing at times. We particularly appreciated the stock of articles in the kitchen/laundry room & felt at home right away. All in all, a very nice, clean & relaxing place to vacation.
