Tiki Cottage Review

This is our 6th year at Tiki Cottage and we'll be back next year ! It is so comfortable here and perfect for family time. The home is lovely with everything you can possibly need and the pool area is fabulously .

Very close to the beach! Great location!

This property was beautiful and very clean! It was only 3 houses from the beach and had an amazing pool and pool area. The location was close to everything. We rented a golf cart and had a perfect week on AMI 😊. We would like to thank Anna Marie Island Vacation Rentals for so graciously accommodating us in Willow Walk after our original home was unavailable after the hurricane. We cannot thank you enough!

Wonderful Property

House and private pool were clean, short walk to beach, plenty of utensils and dinnerware, extra pillows, has a propane grill out back, plenty of space for a family of six. The tiki theme was awesome. The outdoor space with covered tiki bar was nice and private. Property management folks were quick to respond and answered our questions before arrival. Will absolutely stay again.

Best Vacation Ever!!

Amazing home on an amazing island. This home was clean, roomy, had all we needed. The walk to the beach was super close. Kids enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. Bonus—-the shower outside has hot water ! Love this place and will return ASAP! Thank you.

A little Tiki paradise

Other than some unfortunate weather, we had a great time. The house is cute and cozy. I would have liked more sun in the pool area, but we made it work. Tiki Hut was great, the pool was well maintained and perfect size for us. Distance to the beach, Pine Ave, Ugly Grouper and so much more is very convenient!! We love Anna Maria and hope to return again soon.

Good Week!

Pool was nice and clean with a few frog visitors....Ants were eating donuts and crawling all over the kitchen counters and this was incredibly bothersome. Home was quiet.

Summer trip

We had a great experience. Everything is just as it says! The only thing I would recommend is taking a few beach chairs if you want to lay out on the beach there are plenty of chairs but just the small ones and then like camping chairs the few beach chairs were broken. Which could have been from previous renters.

We enjoyed the cottage & everything that was included. Anything we needed for the kitchen was @ our disposal. The pool & patio area were perfect or us. It seemed like "home". That is why I reserved it for next year!!!!! (the coffee pot was the slowest maker I have ever seen. It needs a vinegar cleaning!!!) All in all we had a fantastic time!!! Nice Property

Property was as described. Very quick responses to the couple of issues we had. The pool was great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. The only reason I'm holding back one star is because renters shouldn't have to buy toilet paper, Kleenex, and trash bags during their stay. We've rented about 20 houses over the years and have never needed to purchase these items before. Please upgrade and replace the janky vertical blinds at the patio door. Not worthy of your nice rental. For others wondering, no issue with the washer or dryer. They've either been fixed or are new. Nice property and a good value on AMI.

Went whole week without washer and dryer with children

I went my whole stay without a washer and dryer. Then they said they would make it right. It took me $40 out of pocket and four hours out of my vacation time at the laundromat like most people having a washer and dryer is very important especially with small children. You go through lots of towels and lots of Changing of clothes. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy but I am me around 200 bucks back. They gave me 71 bucks and that includes $21 for laundry and I spent 40 out-of-pocket. There was a dead roach in the kitchen and I sent them photos of it. It’s OK I will never stay there again. Pool is a lot smaller than in pictures. The walk is pretty long to the beach. They do have tons of stuff for you to use but they really need to go through it. A lot of it needs to be thrown away. The house was very nice and seemed clean despite the roach. The outside definitely needed updating .

I was there with 3 female friends and this 3 bedroom worked out great for privacy.

We were pleased with the rental, the privacy was great with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The location was near restaurants and grocery store, etc. The fenced back yard with heated pool was very private. Three of the TV changers had no batteries, which we replaced. The slats on back bedroom window coverings had three missing and we barely hanging on the window. We hung a sheet over it for privacy. Although renters are charged $160 for cleaning, ours was not clean with dirt covering most all air vents, tracks to sliding glass door were filled with dirt, all baseboards were covered with lint and dirt. Many persons I know would not have stayed there unless it was cleaned again. We arrived late at night and just did part of the cleaning ourselves. Cloth seats on kitchen chairs are all FILTHY, we covered them with towels before we sat on them. The unit itself is good, has hair blowers, coffee pots, iron and ironing board, most every item a person would need, wine and bottle opener, pool floaters, etc. The cleanliness was the only complaint. One bedroom door would not lock to the outside. All in all I would recommend.
