This spacious 1,600 sq. ft. condo features new flooring, fresh paint, updated furniture, new bedding, and modern TVs throughout. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, AC, ceiling fan, TV, double closets, private bath, and slider to the outdoors. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, bunk bed with twin trundle, AC, ceiling fan, TV, sliders, and an en-suite bath. The third bedroom/den includes a queen bed, AC, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, and a small office area.

The fully equipped kitchen features newer stainless-steel appliances, and the bright dining area seats six. The comfortable, air-conditioned living room provides plenty of seating, a fireplace, ceiling fan, and large TV with cable.

Step outside to a private deck with a grill and outdoor dining set—perfect for enjoying the peaceful setting. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and WIFI.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

Sponsored Guest Pool Passes:

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children s activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
