Guests will have private access to the right-side garage, a private backyard and pool area, the entire fourth floor, and the right side of the third floor. The third floor is divided by a wall, providing a fully private space on your side. A shared exterior spiral staircase leads to the shared rooftop deck, which may be accessed by guests of the neighboring unit. Please contact us if you have any questions about the layout of this duplex. Starter Supplies: Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free High-Speed WiFi. Heated Pool: Heated from November 15 – April 15. This home has stairs and an elevator. Please contact us if any guest has mobility concerns. Great location - could easily walk to the beach and village. Communication with hosts was phenomenal! Was fine for our group, but should be aware that there are a lot of steps to get in and out of unit.

great rental. clean, very well equipped. Beach wagon, chairs, plenty of towels. Lots of steps but elevator was good for getting luggage and groceries upstairs. Rooftop deck is awesome for sunsets. Beach Rdcan get busy in highseason but windows seem to be soundproof and it was a quiet restful stay even during spring break. I timed the walk from the beach and it was literally 3 minutes walking fast. Rental was nicely appointed and host was very helpful. Would definitely rent again.

I somehow missed that this property is a duplex style unit, so heads up if you haven’t noticed that. Thankfully during our stay, it was never a problem, I would have just preferred to know before booking. The house was clean, had all the kitchen amenities that we needed for a week long stay. However, if you’re looking to book this house for the pool area - keep looking! The lights in and around the pool and back area dont work and this seems to have be an ongoing issue based on previous reviews. Even in mid June, the pool was like a hot tub. I would expect that late July-Oct, just not yet. And there needs to be some mosquito treatment, they’ll carry you away by 7pm! I reached out to The Cottages about the lighting, and they are always very responsive, this just seems to be an owner failure to repair problem. But it was close to the main beach area, and there is a great bus system to get you around the island as the village is walkable, it’s just a decent walk (prob .75 mile). The buses made it much more enjoyable. Found a few good restaurants, but many of them just have the exact same menu. This was our first time to Siesta Key. We had some fun excursions and a great time with our adult children! Can’t say for sure if we’ll go back, but the beaches are beautiful, it’s like being in the Caribbean without the passport and travel hassle.

We had a nice stay. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked with towels and dishes/utensils. We used the beach wagon they provided almost every day. The pool was warm which was great for our young kids. There were a few minor issues (AC not working when we checked in, broken blinds in one bedroom, pool not heating one day) but the host team was extremely responsive and fixed everything we needed right away! We couldn’t ever figure out how to turn the outdoor lights on but I’m sure they would’ve fixed that too had we asked. Overall a nice stay!

Overall, we had a great stay! The rooms and amenities were great for our family! With little kids, all of the stairs/elevators were not ideal. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed having some games/puzzles to play. The rooftop was great for views but unfortunately the actual sunrise/sunset were blocked by other buildings. Easy walk to the beach access and access to a pool on property were great! The place looked cleaned and well maintained but our feet/socks got dirty very quickly after walking around. Management was great, very responsive and helpful!

Unit was just as described. Very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. Cons: a lot of stairs but they do have an elevator. The pool is very tiny and was so hot.

Great family rental

Silver Shore was a fantastic place to stay with our family! The management team was extremely responsive and the property was well appointed and well maintained. Beach access is so close and easy, as is getting to downtown Siesta. We very highly recommend staying here!

Our stayed was amazing the house is in a prime location right across from the beach, the pool was great, overall the house exceeded our expectations. this house was great! only issue was the elevator did not work for the entirety of our stay. Other than that the location to the beach was amazing, the hopper took just a short ride into town but also walkable and the pool was amazing. beds were also super comfy!

Photos don’t do Justice here. The rooftop view, the pool area, the living space, they’re all magazine quality. When you pair that with the beach proximity and the customer service, it equals a great getaway. Will return.

Amazing Experience

We had an amazing experience at this residence. The management company was so welcoming and responsive. The property was very clean and beautiful. It is a 2 min walk to the Siesta Key beach and the property has so many beach goodies in the storage (beach chairs, umbrellas, life vests for toddlers, fun floaties). They also provided laundry detergent, hand soaps, beach towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods etc. We can't wait to come back. The pool area has a small fridge and a TV, too.
