The photographs overly flatter this apartment and it was a great disappointment, especially as it is advertised on Vrbo, where we expect better. The biggest sin was that it was not clean when we arrived, with dirty dishes and cutlery in the cupboards. The cutlery drawer was dirty. The windows were dirty. Under the bed was filthy. The only food preparation knife was blunt. There was no coffee machine. The apartment has clearly been heavily used and reparations to damage not done. The sofa seat has collapsed and it must be the most uncomfortable seat I’ve had to sit on in years, which doesn’t allow you to relax. This is all a great pity because the location is good if you want easy access to the city but also be very close to the beach. There’s a coffee shop next door and two supermarkets a five minute walk away.
