Endless Summer, Eat, Surf, Drink, Sleep....Repeat...
The perfect holiday is here. Split level living within minutes walk to the northern most surf beach on the east coast. You cannot get any better, except the bonus of the swimming pool.

The Space:
This newly decorated unit consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Wifi, Smart TV's. Private court yard and balcony. Room for 2 cars in the double lock up garage. The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep or get you up at dawn to check the surf for your days activities.
Level 2 consists of the open plan living, kitchen and dining room and main outside entertaining area. Gas cook top and electric oven, the laundry and a bathroom.
Level 3 leads to all bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. Master King bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe air-conditioned and private balcony.
2 x Queen bedrooms, all air-conditioned and ceiling fans.
Linen is provided, just bring your beach towel. Sorry No pets allowed as you are in a unit complex.
Boat Parking can occur on the street there is a grassy area across from the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Body Corporate Rules and Regulations apply.
Rubbish bins are in the far back corner to the left of the complex.

First stay in Agnes Water

This was our first family holiday in over three years and it was exactly what we were looking for, if not more. The venue was spotless, comfortable and practical. Perfect for a family of four. A short walk to the beach (and what a beach! Perfect water temperature and so much space for walking, surfing…), the bowls club, great coffee van and in between Agnes and 1770. We absolutely loved it. The only downside is there wasn’t a BBQ which had been listed as an amenity. I’m sure they will replace it soon. We felt very much at home and hopefully will be back one day. Thank you!
