Located less than a 3-minute walk from the Surf Beach, this stunning home is designed for relaxation, entertaining, and fun for the whole family—including your furry friends. Step into the front courtyard featuring an outdoor heated shower and a peaceful pond area, setting the tone for a holiday of comfort and leisure.

At the heart of the home is a fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen with a large dining table seating eight, plus five stools at the bench. Large sliding doors open to the alfresco dining area with a small BBQ and Bluetooth sound system, perfect for enjoying meals and music outdoors. The main living area features a modular sofa, split system air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV, and a soundbar—ideal for relaxing or movie nights.

The master suite is a true retreat with a luxurious King bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite complete with a deep spa bath and large shower, offering your own private haven. Down the hall, four additional bedrooms all feature built-in robes and full linen provided for your convenience. A second living area includes a queen sofa bed, split system, and large Smart TV, opening onto the pool and trampoline area so you can relax while the kids play. (Please follow trampoline safety instructions.)

Dogs are welcome, with a large, secure yard and a doggie door in the first outdoor area. Additional bathrooms include a shower, vanity, and separate powder room. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, and outdoor clothesline makes staying longer a breeze.

Preferably no shoes inside, shoe rack provided at the front entrance, please no high heels worn inside for care of the floorboards

No glass in the pool area, only plasticware to be used, there are plasticware, cups/tumblers provided in the kitchen cupboards.

The large block made it great for outdoor entertainment and the pool comfortably fit 10 adults in it. The kitchen is well laid-out and easy to use. The living area easily accommodates for the amount of guests suggested, as do the bedrooms. The close proximity to the beach made for 3 minute walks several times a day from the property. Beautiful house with great outdoor area but only 2 bathrooms

Stayz listed this property as having 4 bathrooms however this is incorrect. Property has two bathrooms only. Other than the error with the number of bathrooms this property is amazing. Extremely clean, great outdoor area including space for kids to play and a beautiful pool and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoyed a getaway with the whole family and had a lovely time. This property is excellent. Plenty of room for our 12. Very functional, clean and modern and great to have an actual fully fenced yard for the kids. Pool looks great but weather a bit cold. Already talking about a return visit. Book in at the office. Online booking asks for way too much personal information.

Great getaway. Plenty of space for the whole family, and location close to the beach was perfect. Was great that it was pet friendly, we took our two small pups and the very secure yard space was great for them.Would definitely stay again.
