Great get-away

We stayed a week. We first stayed here a year ago and loved it. Quiet, lovely condo. Conveniently located to everything. We always like eating out, going to shows, and going places, but this time we needed more downtime and spent more time at the condo. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay here. The condo had plenty of room for our party of 5, and would have had room for another person if needed. The sunroom is a great extension to the space which allowed for plenty of space to hang out when the kids went to sleep, and we used the table in the sunroom for games and puzzles. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our Favorite Condo in Vranson

We were very impressed with the decor and furniture. Furniture was high quality and very comfortable. We loved the enclosed room with views of wildlife. There were lots of windows that let in a lot of natural light. This us out number 1 choice to stay in Branson!

Fall Trip

We stayed here for a conference last fall. Everyone looked as it did in the pictures- very roomy for sure. The only negative that I would say is that the place had a hint of smoke smell. Other than that I would recommend!!

When we arrived everything was clean and ready for us. Direction for getting in where very clear and easy to follow. Only negative is more silverware would of been nice(only one reg size spoon). I would recommend this place for the future visits.

Unit was spacious and roomy. We enjoyed the sunroom. The kitchen was equipped well as we cooked many meals in the unit. The "water view" was a little disappointing as it was a pond outside our window with grown brush around it.

THE PROPERTY WAS GREAT BUT THE CARPET WAS VERY FILTHY AND THE 2ND BATHROOM WAS VERY DANGEROUS! POSITIVELY NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!!! ALL 3 OF US ARE DISABLED AND THIS PROPERTY WAS ADVERTISED AS DISABLED ACCESSIBLE !! JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!

Unfortunately, some prior guests caused damage to the carpet in the entryway and near the kitchen, but it has since been professionally cleaned.While the condo is on the ground floor and has only one step to enter, it is not advertised as handicap accessible. I’m sorry for any misunderstanding."

Great condo

The unit was great and at a great location. Everything was clean and ready to go. The only issue we had was not the owner’s fault, but the upstairs neighbor was very noisy and walked during all night loudly. Still a great place though.

This condo needed a professional cleaning service or at least one that Cleans. Period. The light tan carpeting was beyond filthy & black that I pulled throw rugs over to not let my family walk directly on or chance touching. Went and bought house shoes to wear inside & throw away at the end of trip. Sat down at the table on back screened In porch the first morning and there were fingernail clippings on table and floor left from previous visitors. There was more that was NOT acceptable but I am stopping with this. Hopefully the owners have been made aware of their non working housekeeper and have made the needed changes to improve the stay for other future guests.

It was a nice condo. Very roomy and enjoyed sunroom playing cards and looking at the geese in pond, nutrient, like a beaver, we enjoyed watching. When we made coffee, we found 4 cups that were dirty dirty in cabinet. Also, lampshades very dusty, silk flowers dusty and both tables you eat on were not clean. Other than that, beds were comfy, air worked good. It could stand some updating but I would stay there again. Great rates.

Quiet and Clean

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spacious, clean, and a good value for the price. One drawback is that the mattress on the sofa bed is quite bad, to the point that we were unable to use it for sleeping. The other beds were comfortable. The kitchen dishes, utensils, pots & pans were good except I recommend replacing the frying pan in the kitchen - the non-stick coating is quite scratched and unsafe/unhealthy to use. It also would be helpful to have a dishcloth available in the kitchen for handwashing some dishes. Overall, it was a great stay. Thanks

Great…but

Let me say the property was great, so much room, easy check-in process, great location, fantastic parking, BUT the kids upstairs that ran from room to room ALL hours of the day and until almost midnight made the stay horrible! I know the property has no control of this but beware. Almost everyone that stayed there before us made this same complaint in the guest book. I couldn’t imagine if I lived there full time!!!

When we arrived there was medicine left on the dresser in one of the rooms. There were socks on the floor of the same room. The water had a sewage like smell. Other than those things the stay was nice. The accommodations were good. It was amazing price for the stay.
