You simply cannot get closer to the water than at Bungalow Tarvana #2. We
proud to present Tarvana as one of our Luxury Portfolio Properties & a full
three bedroom 2 level space. 2nd floor = 2 Queen, 3rd floor = 1 Full, 2 queen
bunkbed, 1 full on trundle. 1 large sofa. We do also provide a double sized
air bed please bring bedding if you plan on using

South Padre Island is viewable from either deck. At night, the sunsets here
are incredible, along with the night time glittering lights of the Island.

Port Isabel offers a quiet. /. calmness you won't find on the go to. go
bustling Island those looking to unwind will absolutely dig the vibe!. Wal
Mart & HEB are less than 2.5 miles away.
Like to fish? Cool. Do it from the deck of this property right over the water.
Or, walk 2 blocks to Pirate's Landing pier for even better fishing and for $8
go out on the 150 yard pier over the Laguna Madre.
There is no other property like this available in Port Isabel.
This bungalow features 2 off street parking spots, with plenty of. on street
parking for a truck with boat and trailer that you can keep an eye on.
As this is a 3 level, 3 bedroom property, we do allow up to 8 guests.
Unregistered guests and/or visitors are not allowed at this property and will
result in eviction.
Loud music is not allowed ever at this property no parties, "get togethers"
etc.
This is one of 5 private bungalows just completed in 2021 and is brand new as
a. short term rental. It is set up for families & you will love it. We also do
have Bungalow #1 next door a 2 bedroom that is nearly identical to this but
does not have the 3rd floor bedroom this one does. Please note the 3rd floor
does not have a bathroom. Rent both and accommodate up to 14 people
You can stay here for a fraction of the price of South Padre Island for some
of this luxury level that will satisfy even the most discerning of high end
tastes in decor.
High speed wifi included as well as contactless check in.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
Unit has pots/pans/linens/towels & a basic starter pack of soaps.
Our fishing guides book this over South Padre as so close to the White Sands
boat launch. At just 3 blocks away to get your Shallow Sport in the water
fishing in minutes.

Please be advised to read, understand, and agree to ALL house rules on this
property. prior to booking. allows up to 10 people but it is not optimal for
10. Bring extra bedding/airbed for that. If extra people are found in unit we
do evict beyond 10 people that is the absolute max.
This is NOT a party unit.

It is very important that you read. & agree to ALL house rules prior to
booking & ask questions BEFORE you book not after. We do not accept
cancellations on the property.
This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made
on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1
time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure
against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one
or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict
on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do
NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements
**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $1000-1500
refundable damage deposit .This is per HOA requirements.
