Loft Style Living Close to Redwoods, Bar, Bakery. Perfect for Family's, MBikers.

You will love our owner occupied beautiful New York loft style house. Centrally located and super close to the Redwoods, the Good Eastern Pub, the lakes, bakery and coffee shops. While we are away we have opened up our home on Airbnb for you to come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Rotorua. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Fully stocked pantry, fenced back yard, trampoline and toys for kids, BBQ, Sauna, gym and cold plunge, will keep you entertained for days.

Please note that our house is attached to another Airbnb property - Modern Oasis By The Redwoods which will have other guests staying during your stay. They will be using a separate entrance.

School holiday retreat

Great property , very well appointed. comfortable beds ,very spacious, fantastic location for Redwoods . Loved that we could bring our dog on holiday with us , fully fenced property shops/cafes close .Our family of 5 and 2 grand parents and pooch enjoyed our stay .

Family get together

It was a lovely house and location and great for kids and it was great being able to have our dogs. We had some issues getting in but the people we dealt with were lovely. We don’t think it was overly clean but overall we loved our stay

We are a family of 5 with my wife originating in Finland and myself from Central Otago. We have 3 boys (12, 10 and 3), a dog (Boston - recently adopted super laid-back and non barking puppy) and a cat (Coco).

We own a tourism business and love to meet new people and show them what a wonderful place Rotorua and NZ is to visit.

Why they chose this property

From the moment we stepped into our house, we could see the potential. We both love industrial 'New York loft' design and could see the many possibilities we had when converting the old garage into an open plan living room/kitchen/dining. The section is nice and secure and private for our small and busy family. We love the safe and quiet neighborhood. And lastly, location of the house couldn't be better for us. Redwoods forest which is only 100 metres away is one of our favourite spots to visit and we do this daily. Rotorua city centre and five stunning lakes (+ majestic Mt Tarawera) are also only a short drive away. The back yard is dog proof and well behaved dogs welcome.

What makes this property unique

It is a large open plan two story house recently renovated. Great for entertaining with good indoor outdoor flow. The two living rooms as well are perfect as the kids can be in one while the adults are in the main living space. The two bi-folding doors lead out to a large fenced off backyard, perfect for your family pet.
