House located 2km from the medieval village and 17km from the sea. Ideally placed, you will be within driving distance of all the tourist places of the region: 5 minutes from Tourrettes sur Loup, 40 minutes from the old center of Nice, 15 minutes from St Paul de Vence, 30 minutes from Grasses, 45 minutes from Marineland and 10 minutes from the gorges the wolf's.

Quietly, on a plot of 3500m2 where you will only hear the cicadas, you can enjoy a large swimming pool (5mx10m) doubly secure for the little ones thanks to its alarm and its physical protection by grid.

The 210m2 house is made up of a 45m2 living room with a large kitchen and 6 bedrooms for 14 people with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs, two of which are independent.

Its large 25m2 terrace overlooking both the living room, the kitchen and the garden will be the main living area of your stay and will be ideal for large family meals from breakfast to dinner (in summer an additional table is added over to the photos to fit 14).

2 hammocks will be at your disposal for a nice little digestive nap on vacation.

Maison très agréable, environnement calme et bien équipée. Piscine sécurisée, parfaite quand on a des enfants. Havre de paix pour ceux qui veulent chercher le calme sans être trop loin des plages. Plein de choses à voir aux alentours pour des visites culturelles

super séjour

un super séjour, malgré un temps moyen pour cette saison. La maison est au calme et le propriétaire vraiment sympa. Nous étions 10 avec des enfants dont des très petits et c'est vrai qu'une piscine sécurisée est réconfortant pour les parents (c'était notre critère de sélection). Le village a vraiment un charme fou. La maison, elle, est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et les chambres assez grandes. Je recommande cette location pour des vacances à nombreux dans le calme et la verdure.

Excellent séjour dans belle propriété

Nous sommes partis entre amis ( et 5 enfants )dans cette belle propriété . Située au calme dans un village splendide . La piscine est super sécurisée et très agréable ! Le propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a communiqué de nombreuses activités et attractions. La maison est très agréable et son grand jardin est parfait pour les familles avec enfants ! Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés !
