Newly renovated luxury oasis in the middle of Port Douglas!
This self-contained luxury studio is in the Club Tropical Resort, located in the heart of Port Douglas and on the doorstep of 2 World Heritage wonders – the Great Barrier Reef & the Daintree Rainforest. Only walking distance to several restaurants, pubs with acoustic live music, shops & supermarket, right across the road from parks, waterfront and Sunday market. Centre of the action also means some noise.
This apartment features a living room/bedroom (studio), King-size bed, kitchen with microwave, bar fridge/freezer, outdoor balcony and bathroom with round tub and shower. The kitchen is fully stocked, every utensil needed to fully cater for a couple.
The room is suitable for solo travellers, couples and couples with one child (2 – 12 years old) as the apartment has a couch that can be arranged as a bed for a child.
Please note, this apartment is privately managed, however the Reception of the Club Tropical Resort is happy to assist you with tour bookings and general resort queries.

Please note, holiday atmosphere acoustic live music can be heard from Resort from afternoon to evening 3-7 days a week.

Will be rebooking!

This property was even better than I had hoped/imagined! It was easy to communicate with the manager, easy check-in/out, walking distance to shops, food and events. Can be loud with live music across the road but we enjoyed the vibe and a closed door was often enough to quieter the room. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great room but noise meant I couldn’t sleep

The room was amazing but the pub across the road played music every night until 11am, so I wouldn’t stay here if you want to be able sleep. There weren’t enough bathroom towels either.
