Occupying what can only be described as a "Prime Ocean View Real Estate" at Shute Harbour in the stunning Whitsundays. This waterfront holiday home offers peace, tranquillity and of course an incredible view of the beautiful islands of the Whitsundays.

The house itself has recently received a make over and offers a wonderful coastal feel and, more importantly, plenty of room to enjoy as an amazing holiday home. Owners have spared no expense when it comes to furnishing this beautiful home for their holiday guests. Guests who love cooking will have one of the best views in the house while preparing a culinary delight for their family and friends.

The main residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one with an ensuite, there is an additional large bedroom and bathroom, lounge on the ground level with 1 bathroom and views out to the pool & cold water spa area.

The pool is absolutely stunning, offering the perfect spot to cool off with a refreshing dip and enjoy a drink while taking in the breathtaking views. Please be aware that the spa is currently unavailable due to ongoing maintenance.

Coral Sea Pearl is truly exceptional—a perfect holiday retreat for you to share unforgettable moments in The Whitsundays with family and friends.

Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Stunning ocean views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we opened the front door we were greeted with stunning ocean views. The home was very well appointed and comfortable. Our trip was filled with sunny days entertaining on the deck and longing pool side over looking the Whitsunday islands. Just the holiday home get away we were seeking.

Beautiful location - but a few issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful location. The property was nice and big for a family get away. The only downside was that the house was not clean, as there was dust everywhere. The were sheets in certain rooms not washed properly. Insects in beds and kitchen utensils not cleaned property. When we reached out to the company - there was no reply. Quite disappointing. It made what would of been a great stay, very moderate.

No longer luxury, needs maintenance

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so looking forward to our luxury stay after living in our motorhome for 2 months. It was a bit extravagant for just the two of us but we splurged wanted to spoil ourselves. The views are absolutely stunning. Unfortunately though, the house did not meet our expectations. The house needs some maintenance and some additional cleaning. The property appears to have active termites, both in the outdoor area and the wooden door leading to outside. There are also ants and spiders throughout the house. Lots of cobwebs everywhere. The spa was out of order whilst we were there. The outdoor area was covered in bird poo. The downstairs bedroom door doesn’t close as the rollers are broken, allowing insects into the property. The lights don’t work in every area. There were no lights in the walk in robe, lights in the kitchen also need attention. The house wasn’t as clean as we expected, the fan in the kitchen is filthy, the rangehood filters need a clean as they are very greasy. The skirting boards are covered in dirt and dead insects. The dining table had crumbs on it. The recycling bin was full with no room for anything. The upstairs toilet is bleach stained needing attention to remove the stain. Overall, whilst the noise is in a beautiful location with amazing views, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness let it down. The bed in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable with springs being felt whilst in bed. As we only used the one bedroom, maybe it will provide a better opportunity for the house to be cleaned and maintenance issues attended to.

Reviewer Comments: Great place with a fantastic view.The house is located outside of Airlie beach in Shute Harbour, so for anyone looking for a quiet location, but still close to the activities of Airlie, this is perfect.Nice clean house with plenty of room for a large family stay.

Airlie Beach Holiday

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely property a\in Shute Harbour with fantastic views over the water and onto the islands. The house is comfortable and air conditioned and it was good that there were ceiling fans also. The pool is big and very nice. There is a spa attached to the pool and that was very dirty and green looking. To the property managers great credit they offered to fix it immediately but we said we didn’t plan to use the spa so it wasn’t an issue for us. Some things to be aware of - the driveway has a 40 degree downward slope - quite steep so if you have any disability, this is a real impediment and unfortunately one which is nowhere mentioned in the profile of the property. The wifi is very slow, particularly the upload speed...we constantly got less than 1mbps (ie 1990’s speed). The TV reception was frequently interrupted with digital snow - quite frustrating. We believe there is some loose connection at the Arial, junction etc. this was reported but nothing happened - so beware if you like tv as the windier the day is, the more snow you frequently get on any of the tv’s.Overall a good stay - but not a property we would choose again for the reasons outlined here as at roughly $800 per day in October, there should be a reasonable expectation of comfort, convenience and everything working.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am sad to say I was very disappointed in this property.. it was supposed to be a luxury stay.. or the cost was for one. T V in every room.. only two work d.. supposed to have wifi ..it did not.. needed a broom to put the Main air- con on. Power cords lying along the floor in second bedroom and Main lounge .. lack of furniture in second bedroom.. mould in wardrobe... cigarette butts in the pool and dirty tissue... our family so disappointed we left after three days.
