Set in a coveted position just one street back from the beach, this modern yet relaxed beach house is bursting with family holiday appeal. Comprised of a spacious free-flowing floor plan with multiple options for everyone to come together or retreat, features include a separate studio with ensuite and kitchenette, three living areas (including two lounges and a dining room with bar), a well equipped kitchen, plus an alfresco which spills out onto a huge enclosed lawn. A truly memorable getaway.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Pets are welcome on request, and are subject to conditions if approved.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

• Carport for 1 car, off street parking in the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars, side access to park a small boat or jet ski

• Tariff includes bed and bath linen (BYO beach towels), bathroom products and kitchen basics.
• Firewood is supplied from May-September.
• Free WIFI, with streaming services accessible via your own login. Please note there is no WIFI in the studio.
• Access details will be provided late afternoon the day prior to your stay, after individual security codes are set.

Best house in Blairgowrie for a family
The house was so perfect for my parents, sister, myself and our 2 dogs. Extremely spacious, top quality features, incredible location and the studio for a private place to stay was amazing.
