Apto ideal para quem busca conforto. Totalmente mobiliado, próximo a praia, próximo a comércio, porém num ambiente tranquilo. Tanto a corretora quanto o zelador merecem destaque pelos serviços prestados, se mostrando sempre solícitos aos pedidos dos locatários. Por fim, gostaria de enfatizar a excelente estrutura do prédio, que conta com elevador, churrasqueira, piscina e salão de jogos bem montado.

Apartamento amplo, lugar tranquilo, perto da praia, Ana Lúcia pessoa muito simpática que nos deixou bem a vontade. Apesar de perto da praia fomos de carro. O comércio não é muito perto mas fazia tudo a pé pois tenho costume de andar. Pra quem como nós, não saem a noite, o lugar é excelente, mas pra quem gosta de noitada a rua é um pouco deserta. Dois pontos negativos: não ter wi-fi no apto., o que acabou com a minha franquia de dados rapidamente e a TV não ter canais a cabo, mas isso o proprietário pode providenciar, aí sim, ficará perfeito.
