This modern 1 bedroom/1 bath condo (850 SF) offers sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people on a hill overlooking all of Fraser Valley, less than 10 minutes from Winter Park and around 100 yards from the Winter Park bus stop.
This recently renovated condo offers all of the luxuries of home including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 flat screen TV's, cable TV, high speed wifi, gas fireplace, private deck, washer/dryer, ski storage & proximity to all summer/winter activities in the area.
In the master bedroom you will find both a queen size bed and a full size bed together with 32" TV. In the living room you'll find a 55” TV, gas fireplace & large new sectional couch.
This unit has a fully stocked, full size kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a full size stove and refrigerator. The full kitchen is adjacent to the living room where you can relax by the gas fireplace while watching TV with HD cable.
