This well-appointed Jay Peak Resort Village condo is located mere steps from the trail. Ski-in and ski-out access couldn’t be any easier! The 1100 sq. ft. unit is designed throughout for comfort and convenience. Families will appreciate the 5 beds (1 king, 4 bunk) that comfortably sleep up to 6 people. Thorough cleaning is always a priority, as attested to in our guest reviews. Unique features and ski themed décor await you. The condo is stocked with all of the necessities for an enjoyable and hassle-free stay. Pack your skis and boards and get ready for fun! Complete amenities include:

COMFORT: master bedroom with king bed; bunk room with 4 twin beds; recently updated living room furniture; gas fireplace; deck with mountain views; ski theme décor.

CONVENIENCE: fully loaded kitchen with everything needed to cook and entertain; coffee maker (Keurig and drip) with complimentary ground coffee; large dining table and breakfast bar; full private master bathroom; full guest bathroom; all towels, linens, pillows, and blankets provided; complimentary soap, shampoo, tissues, and paper supplies; hair dryer; in-unit washer and dryer (detergent provided); expanded tile mudroom with ample gear storage and boot/glove heaters; lockable outdoor ski storage closet.

Jay Peak offers some of the best skiing and riding in the East with miles of glade terrain, challenging trails, and incredible natural snowfall averaging 355” annually! Jay is also perfect for families and beginners, with plenty of gentle terrain and a great ski school that caters to all ability levels. If downhill isn't your thing, you can hit the 20 km cross-country ski center and 5 km snowshoe trail network.

Looking for something other than snow sports? Jay Peak has the Pump House year-round indoor water park, ice skating arena, climbing center, spa, fitness center, kids daycare, and multiple bars and restaurants. In the summer you can enjoy the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course (ranked the #1 Public Course in Vermont for 5 of the last 6 years by Golfweek Magazine), hiking, tram rides, road/mountain biking, fishing, and live music shows at an outdoor amphitheater.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the gas fireplace
Remove ski equipment from the ski locker and hang the key on the hook near the front door
Return the parking permit to the hook inside the condo; FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A FINE
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is limited to one vehicle. Guests must return the parking permit at check-out. Overflow parking is available in the Ice Haus parking garage.
An outdoor security camera is in use for the safety of the property and guests.
Guests will be financially responsible for all damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, and policy violations.

Everything was great for our snowboarding vacation! So much snow, we were able to utilize the ski in/ski out with the snow and the village chair lift being open so early in the season. Condo had everything we needed. Great set up for this Mom and 4 boys.

Fabulous condo

We have stayed in the Jay Peak condos for years and this was one of the nicest ones. The area to take off boots with the boot warmer/dryer and cubbies for all the gear was fantastic and unique in this condo. Everything was so well maintained and the details made it feel so cozy. We loved being able to see the Grammy Jay from the living room. Dan was very communicative. Highly recommend!

The perfect location at Jay

This is a wonderful location for a ski vacation at Jay. It is truly ski-in and ski-out. The condo has a lot of space and is very well appointed and comfortable for the whole family. Even the big bench and cubbies at the front were a huge hit, not to mention the built-in boot liner dryer! This place really has it all! We would recommend it our friends and family and will certainly be back in the future!

The condo and the location were equally amazing. The condo had everything we needed with added comforts, like a ski boot warmer (amazing!). The location on Grammy jay was super convenient and a nice warm up before hitting the slopes! And lastly Dan was a great host that answered any questions I had with fast response.

Top Notch Jay Peak Condo

We have stayed at two other similar Village condos at Jay Peak over the years, and this one was by far the best. Dan and Sara are excellent hosts. The condo was in perfect condition, in a great location, fully appointed with everything you would need for a week's stay. The wall mounted boot dryer was honestly the highlight of the trip, that thing is incredible.

We loved the condo - perfect location and ski in/ski out access. We hit everything Jay had to offer - climbing gym, water park, arcade and a beautiful day for skiing on Easter Sunday. Also enjoyed a delicious Easter brunch at Alice's Table. While packing up the condo on Monday the kids had a blast using the Village Chair to ski Grammy Jay and Raccoon Run! The condo had everything we needed and more. Even found a white noise machine in the kids' bedroom that came in useful! Thank you!

Outstanding family spot!

Wonderful place! Our family of five (3 kids under 12) stayed for four nights. The ski in/out location is very easy and convenient. The house is warm and cozy and nicely appointed. Kid friendly too with games, plenty of towels/blankets and a very comfy sofa! Thank goodness the mountain made enough snow for the Village Double lift and Grammy Jay (such a fun run) to open. Otherwise we’re huffing it over to Stateside. I must also note, the place would be a perfect 10 if it had an outdoor hot tub... All in all, we would be thrilled to have an opportunity to stay here again and highly recommend.

Fantastic place!

My 19-year old son, his friend and I arrived for a short stay over President's Day weekend, and we had a great experience. The communication and instructions were thorough and clear, and the arrival and check-in were super easy. The condo itself was perfect. Everything was clean and ready, all amenities were provided, wifi worked well, kitchen was thoroughly equipped, all we had to do was bring in our bags, enough food and we were all set! The furnishings were high-quality and comfortable, and we also liked the decor. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly responsive to questions. I can't recommend this place and the hosts highly enough. Thanks for a great stay!
