The villa features a king bedroom in a lock-out style layout for added privacy, with its own entrance, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet access, and full bathroom. The spacious living area includes a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a large island and bar-stool seating makes it easy to enjoy meals in the comfort of your villa. The unit also includes air conditioning, a balcony, and ocean and tropical views.

A22 is conveniently located in the lower resort, just steps from the lobby and activities center.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
