Right on the beach above the Portsea Pier, this modern and timeless two storey Town residence has waters edge views of Port Phillip Bay and the Shipping Channel. Exclusive, beachfront living with generous living areas upstairs , downstairs and outside.
2 living areas, 1 with smart tv / Foxtel, plus downstairs a bar and living area with smart tv that opens to a 3rd outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, Bar and table seating, opening onto the lawn that overlooks the Portsea pier. This is beachside land and can have people walking past.
Wander down to La Capucin grab a coffee and a croissant and stroll down the pier to start every day on your holiday.
The property has Wifi as well as streaming TV.
The 4th bedroom is a flexible space in one corner of the downstairs living room, the walls can be pushed together to make the bedroom effective at night and during the day the walls open up to enlarge the living area.
There is a nice green garden space downstairs.
