If you are looking for a first class vacation property, in an ideal beach area setting, look no further. This property truly has it all! Situated two short blocks from the beach and downtown restaurant area (offering fine restaurants such as Aruba Cafe, The Village Grille, 101 Ocean, etc.) you are truly able to walk everywhere within the picturesque, seaside community, of Lauderdale by the Sea! There is no need for a car. Villa Renza offers Three Bedrooms (two of which are considered master suites w/King Beds and full size, en suite, bathrooms) with Three Full. Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer with beautiful tile flooring throughout, as well as a downstairs full bathroom. The vacation management company, By The Sea Vacation Villas, is located two short blocks from the home.

The large and extremely open chef's style kitchen is truly breathtaking and is equipped with everything one would desire while on vacation: Granite counters with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, not to mention a side by side refrigerator and freezer. The elevated granite kitchen counter is extremely wide and spacious, offering dining four. The formal dining table offers seating for six. The living room offers a spacious area with two full size sofas with one of them including a Sealy pull out mattress and and accent chair side tables and mid century modern coffee table. Above the entertainment center wee offer a 55 inch 4k TV.
The living room offers a double set of sliding doors with instant access to the rear yard and pool.

The rear yard is spacious and is privately fenced all around. The private pool is the perfect size and design for the rear space. There is an outdoor covered lanai with plenty of seating and dining area options as well as pool side chaise lounge chairs.

The second floor offers a spacious and extremely private master suite, equipped with a king-size bed, two nightstands, a full-size dresser, a trundle bed with 2 twins and a 43 inch 4k TV. The master bathroom resembles that of a luxury spa, offering a full-size bath, a separate walk-in shower, two marble vanity sinks, and a private enclosed room with a toilet and separate bidet. Bedroom two offers a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a full-size dresser and a 43 inch 4k TV. The on suite bathroom/Jack and Jill bathroom offers a custom walk-in shower and a marble vanity sink. Bedroom three offers a Queen size bed, two nightstands, and a full-size tall chest dresser and a 43 inch 4k TV. The on suite bathroom/Jack and Jill bathroom offers a custom walk-in shower and a marble vanity sink. Also located on the second floor is a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Villa Renza is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The spacious rear yard is easily accessed from the living room. The rear yard offers a wonderful, large covered lanai with loungy outdoor sofa, counter dining bar, custom private pool. In addition, there are poolside chaise lounge chairs, pool side umbrella and a Gas BBQ. This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient access to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. There is a public park a few blocks away but the tennis courts are private with no access. There are public courts under a mile. Please note there is a solar pool heater here and we are unable to control the exact temperature. To turn on the solar pool heat there is a daily heat activation fee for the pool of $35 per day. Optionally-heated activated pool-* Optional pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for $35/day plus tax with a duration of your stay minimum. Absolutely no dogs allowed.

We had a great stay at Villa Renza. We loved the spacious layout, the private outside patio and pool, and the great location. It was great being close to the beach and all of the great restaurants and shops. This is a perfect location for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. Perfect location! Love the walkability of LBTS and this location couldn't be better. 2 blocks from the beach and many restaurants. Walking distance to Publix. Plenty of space for 4 gals. Everything you could possibly need. Great communication. We'd love to come back. And stay longer next time!

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect with a quick walk to the beach access and to the main block of town. The private pool is great for non beach days or to finish your day off after being at the beach. House was clean and the kitchen had everything we need. Great Family Vacation!

We were so happy to have found this gem. The house is all that it claims to be - clean and spacious with many amenities. It really is a quick walk to the beach and the center of town. The hosts were constantly available and checked in via text to make sure we didn't need anything.At one point, the ice maker stopped working and a maintenance worker was there within minutes to fix it and he brought a bag of ice to make sure we had ice right away! We enjoyed a lounging in the back after a hot day at the pool. Thank you for a wonderful experience - we will definitely rent this property again.

Great vacation at Villa Renza.

Everything was terrific. My only disappointment was the pool is really small and the water temperature was way to warm 80. It was not refreshing at all. Felt like a bath. I wish there is a way to get the pool colder, especially when Ft. Lauderdale temps are 90 each day. Ortherwise it was perfect.

Long Weekend in Lauderdale by the Sea

This was a last minute booking as a previous booking with another host was canceled days before our departure to Florida . With limited properties available on short notice we were skeptical of what we would find . I can't say enough about the property, the location and the host . The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed , and close to downtown . We would definitely book this property again .
