Conched Out is a beautiful 2-bedroom condo with incredible ocean views! This

unit is located on the 3rd floor near the elevator. Relax on the deck

overlooking the lovely Carolina Beach coastline. The living room and kitchen

have everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay. There is a

bedroom with a queen bed, TV and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two

twin beds and TV. Take a break and get conched out at the beach!

Parking for 2 cars with parking passes. Explore our local restaurants,

boardwalk, aquarium - and historic downtown Wilmington is a short drive away!

Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the

community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day

to Labor Day.

Nice Place to stay

This was a nice place to stay. Enjoy the fact that there was an elevator to the third floor. The pool was a nice feature to have however to shower and wash feet. It would be better if that was outside of the pool area so would not need the key, there was no closet to store gear outside in the garage or when first coming into the apartment that could be adjusted so we stored everything in our car. The place was clean spacious could use a couple more toilet paper rolls but overall think we would come back to this very location, nice per having Grandma‘s kitchen across the street for breakfast and early lunch
