2 DAY Minimum RENTALS AVAILABLE during certain periods this summer! Check Calendar and/rates!This is the best location on the island. Walking distance to the Boardwalk, and OCEANFRONT!! The beach in front of this condo is very nice and wide not like some other locations on the island. We offer weekly rates and 2 min stay rates during certain weeks. Access code will be provided for the keyless entry locks. Linens and bath towels included with high season 7 day rental. Just bring your beach towels. Linens can be provided for rentals less than 7 days for a fee of $95.GET YOUR VACATION STARTED EARLY THIS YEAR - WE ARE OFFERING A CHECK-IN TIME OF 3:00 TO GUESTS EVEN DURING HIGH SEASON. ENJOY YOUR FIRST DAY INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR YOUR PLACE TO BE READY AT 4:00-6:00PM!!!!Enjoy the nice wide beautiful beach (not wide everywhere). Just one flight of stairs makes it easy to move in and out of this large end-unit condo. Lots of windows offer plenty of natural light from this end unit. Enjoy the pool, the beach, or take a stroll to the boardwalk. This unit offers expanded cable and free high speed internet service. There are TV's in both bedrooms. If you are traveling with children, you will be glad to note that there is a LIFEGUARD stand near our building. The condo has a new granite countertops, beds, and mattresses is 2022. Both baths have been remodeled in 2022. Comfortable mattresses and bedding promise a great night's sleep updated for the 2022 season. It offers 2 full beds, 1 king. Also has a private deck of the master bedroom which looks down Carolina Beach Ave, and has a slight canal view.

Bicycle Rider from Pennsylvania

Loved the accomodations, spent ti m e with my parents in their 80s and very particular, they felt comfortable to visit. Clean and spacious, all amenities, dishwasher, washer dryer, and heatcool working and easy to adjust/use. Easy access to beatiful beach front restaurants, aquarium, fort fisher, carolina beach state park, and rec center by the publuc bldg and police. And dont forget the ride to southport on the fort fisher ferry, orton plantation, shopping in wilmingtom and bald head island. A must return!!

Loved the deck with ocean breezes

My husband, adult daughter, and I rented this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo to get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The beds slept well and the sheets were soft. We especially enjoyed the cool ocean breezes as we sat outside on the deck.

The location was close to the boardwalk and it was great to be on the beach. The condo was clean and provided nice chairs. We enjoyed the covered porch looking out to the beach and water. The layout was perfect. We really don't have anything bad to say other than it was a little crooked/uneven, probably due to settling. But overall amazing. We will return.

The beach condo was awesome! I was worried that you couldn't see the ocean from the porch since it is on the first floor, but the view was great! Perfect location, not a super busy beach since it is surrounded by houses and condos rather than hotels. The condo is large and set up well for many guests. Easy to get down to the beach and back to the condo.

A great dose of vitamin sea!!!

Lovely condo with views of the ocean just beyond the dunes that had a brand new (4/23) walkway… first floor meant only one flight of stairs, but that meant some street noise from main bedroom… the beds were wonderful! Nicely furnished for our family of five to enjoy a mini-vacay… walking distance to several restaurants… it is on our radar for future trips!!!

Fabulous!

Fabulous host! Views are beautiful as you can actually see the ocean from the good size porch. Some rentals that claim ocean view are situated so all you can really see are the dunes. Not here!! Lots of room in the unit and we had everything we needed for our stay. Covered parking a huge plus. Will stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We enjoy this part of Carolina Beach. The beach is very wide in this section and not very crowded. We also enjoy walking to the marina to see the boats come in and going to breakfast at the GulfStream.
