The condo was clean but an older building. Very convenient to pool, beach and retail stores. parking was a bit tough as it was very tight and had to use the side alley.

Because our building is an established property in a prime coastal area, space is optimized, which can make the side-alley access and parking spaces feel tight. Host was excellent in terms of communication and responsiveness. Great location to the Carolina Beach boardwalk and easy/direct beach access. The deck with ocean view was an added bonus that got a lot of use during our 5 day stay.

We loved the location and the space was just like we imagined. It did need a few kitchen ware items. A tea kettle, some non stick pans and sharp knives. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Frequent visits to Carolina Beach

Great property and clean. Super convenient to everything. We were able to walk to dinner several nights and the boardwalk more than once. Easy beach access and great at supplying whats needed for the week. Owner was easy to contact and helpful. Would recommend and will return to this property.

Loved the deck with ocean breezes

My husband, adult daughter, and I rented this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo to get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The beds slept well and the sheets were soft. We especially enjoyed the cool ocean breezes as we sat outside on the deck.

Great location

The beach condo was awesome! I was worried that you couldn't see the ocean from the porch since it is on the first floor, but the view was great! Perfect location, not a super busy beach since it is surrounded by houses and condos rather than hotels. The condo is large and set up well for many guests. Easy to get down to the beach and back to the condo.
