Located in Matarangi Drive, Matarangi. Close to the beach (2 minute walk) and directly opposite the golf course with a very short walk to The Dunes restaurant and the tennis courts. Featuring a modern kitchen and a spacious open plan dining/living area, flowing out to a fantastic outdoor living area with a fireplace, BBQ and covered patio. A fully fenced large section suitable for pets. Great for the whole family with four bedrooms, and two bathrooms including a separate toilet.

Great house, great location

Soo close to the beautiful beach! The house worked great for our two families with small kids. Spent most of our time in the backyard, and the rooms are a good distance away from the outdoor area. At night us adults could sit around the fire outside, but still hear if the babies woke up. Perfect. Would be keen to book again.

Great spot

Thanks for letting us borrow your little slice of paradise. The house was great but the outdoor area was just perfect as the weather didn't co-operate with our plans.

Great holiday

We had a great time staying at this property. It is a really lovely property, my kids particularly loved the outdoor seating area and fire. It’s in a great location and Steph was easy to communicate with.

Our beach house is our home away from home. We trust you will treasure it and look after it just as we do! Our boys love bombing off the wharf at high tide, and swimming in the sea. We really enjoy our outdoor patio - day & night. In particular, relaxing on our old sofas by the fire, after a BBQ.
