This beautiful 3 bedroom home is just a short walk away from everything San Remo has to offer, with the main street being a 700m walk, and the beaches being even closer again!

Walking through the front door takes you right into the kitchen, as well as the first living area. The kitchen comes complete with everything you would need to feed the family, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and conventional oven.

Moving further into the house, you will find the second living area as well as the dining area. Complete with a split system, wall mounted TV and a wooden fireplace to top it all off and make sure that no matter the weather, you'll always be cozy inside. (firewood may not be included)

The house has more than enough space for two smaller families, with the master bedroom having a queen bed as well as an ensuite which contains a shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a wall mounted fan to keep the air flowing on those warm summer nights. The 3rd and final bedroom has a tri-bunk. Along the hallway you will also find the main bathroom, with a shower as well as a separate toilet.

The laundry comes with a washing machine to freshen up your clothes after a day down at the beach and a clothes line outside. Also outside, you will find the large enclosed yard, which is overlooked by the undercover deck with a bbq and outdoor dining setting.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. Really nice layout and living space. Ideal for 2 families with young kids. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine doesn't work. And also there was spider webs and spiders in most of the rooms. Overall if the cleanliness was improved would be 5 star stay purely for value and location.
