As the day unfolds, stay cocooned in comfort, courtesy of our split system, ensuring that both chilly nights and sun-soaked days are equally delightful.

Privacy and convenience reign supreme with an immaculate bathroom, ensuring all guests feel at home. Gather around the generous dining table to weave tales of your adventures, sink into the distinct living area's comfort, or step outside onto the sprawling deck to savour the invigorating sea breeze. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. The home has CCTV security cameras located on the outside of the home.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
