We are located in SURF BEACH PHILLIP ISLAND

COMFORTABLE COASTAL LIVING! This neat 2-bedroom bungalow is Ideal accommodation for families, couples and Solo's. A 600m walk and you’ll arrive at “SURFIES POINT”. You will feel most at home here with all LINEN AND BATH TOWELS included with your stay. PET FRIENDLY. Fully fenced and gated backyard for your furry friend to join in on the holiday.

The master and tri-bunk bedrooms sleep up to 5 occupants comfortably. SURF BEACH is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You’ll never feel too far away from anything here. A 10-minute drive for groceries/restaurants at either Cowes or San Remo.
The beach itself is dog friendly and hosts one of the best surf breaks on the island, Surfies Point.

The Bungalows makes a great base for Phillip Islands hottest attractions. The Moto GP track is just a 5-minute drive away and the Penguin Parade a further 10 minutes.

Such a great weekend. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and really well equipped with everything to required...felt like home away from home. Kim was very responsive and access instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommended for phillip island holidays.

Easy walk to the beach, quiet and private. Its a shame the surrounding streets are dirt and not bitumen, making the cars dirty by the end of the stay

Just right

This was a great location for myself and my son to stay at. An easy walk to the beach for low tide rock pool exploring and a quick drive to all of the fabulous places Phillip Island has to offer. A great bungalow that had everything we needed and was super comfy.

Tidy villa in a good location

We really enjoyed our week stay at this villa. It was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The beach wasn’t a far walk and we enjoyed our walks along the esplanade with our dog. Great secure dog friendly yard too! It was far enough off the highway that it wasn’t too noisy. We’ll be back to stay again!

Relaxing ‘at the beach’

The property was impeccably clean upon arrival! Was in a great location - just far away enough from Cowes to be out of the hustle but close enough to get amenities when needed. The dogs and kids LOVED the surf beach. Fabulous owners with great communication. Highly recommended!

Ideally situated for sightseeing!

My husband and I, together with our indoors-only rescue cat, enjoyed staying at Kim's property. It was ideally situated for us to do all our planned sightseeing on Phillip Island with everything just minutes away. Aside from it being very convenient, the house was in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood so it was very relaxing in the evenings. Inside it was clean and well-maintained plus comfortable. There was nothing to fault and we would happily recommend this property to others.

Perfect get away with our dog

We really enjoyed staying at Surf Beach. Place had everything we needed to have a relaxing long week end with our dog. Great enclosed backyard for our dog too. Beautifully situated close to a dog friendly beach with amazing views (wallabys made a few appearances on the cliff tops) and also in a quieter part which suited us well. We could hear the waves. Our host Kim was amazing with communication and so easy to deal with. We will certainly be back. Highly recommend. :)

Good stay

We had such a good stay. Place is clean and great for families and Kim is helpful. Location is great and easy to navigate. Very near beaches and everything needed was near. Kids say they want to come back here again. Thank you for the welcome gifts!

Dog friendly

An excellent choice as we were travelling with our dog. There was a secure back yard . It was in a quiet location and walking the dog was easy. If you want to stay in, there is an awesome takeaway pizza place within easy walking distance.

Surf Beach treasure

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything we could want was provided. We enjoyed several walks, bike rides and bbq's. Far away enough from the madness of Cowes and the crowds. The beach is only about a 600m walk and we saw many stunning sunsets. We even saw a Ukulele group playing at the beach carpark.
