In need of some relaxation and salt water therapy? Then Seaspray Getaway is the perfect property for you.
Located in a quiet area with a short two minute stroll to a safe family beach, this is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for one to two families. The local Cape Woolamai shops are a ten minute walk away.

The sunny and bright main living area overlooks a stunning sea view and has a split system heating and cooling, a comfortable lounge, Smart TV, and DVD player. Free WIFI provided.

The dining/kitchen area includes a large family dining table big enough to accommodate two families, and is extendable to include visiting friends. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hot plates, microwave oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, and includes a large fridge/freezer.

The deck overlooks amazing SEA VIEWS, and is accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. Enjoy reading a book or sipping a latte around the outdoor setting near the gas BBQ.

Bedroom configuration is as follows:

Upstairs:
Bed 1: 1 Queen
Bed 2: 1 Bunk with 2 x singles & 1 Double
Bed 3: 1 Bunk with 2 x singles & 1 Single

Downstairs:
Bed 4: 1 Queen

There are two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The main bathroom has been recently renovated and includes a bath/shower. The downstairs bathroom includes a well equipped laundry with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes rack.

The downstairs living area has a sofa, TV and DVD player, and doubles as a perfect rumpus room for the kids. A table tennis table keeps the whole family entertained.

We also cater for young families with a port-a-cot and high chair provided. Guests will need to provide their own linen for the port-a-cot. Protection for the stairs for young children is also available with the ability to block them off.

An ample outdoor grassy area includes swings for young children to enjoy. The backyard is fully enclosed with a gate and undercover area can be used to play if the weather is unpleasant.

This house has everything you will need for a family holiday, weekend away or track events. There is accessible off street parking and plenty of room for a boat. An outdoor sink is handy if you have enjoyed successful fishing.

Please provide your own top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, and beach towels.

A small amount of toilet paper and other necessities are supplied, but you may need to supplement with your own.

Bath mats, tea towels, and hand towels are supplied. Hair dryer supplied.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.
