Beautiful Home and great location

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home in a great location, minutes from the beach. Would highly recommend the host and the house. Gorgeous views of the sea and all the amenities you need. We have stayed several times in this house, can’t thank the Elise enough for the opportunity to rent her home.

Relaxing, roomy and perfect location.

Perfect for 2 Families

The setup of this property is ideal for 2 families to share and have their own space without being on top of each out. Location is perfect in a quiet suburban area only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The property is well fitted with all the basics to make for a great stay. The kids loved the table tennis table. Could wake up to that spectacular view from the balcony every morning!

Plenty of space and bed

Great quiet area. 5 mins walk to the calm beach. Property is very nice and can accomodate a big family or 2 small families. However, we found lots of ants in 1 of the pillows on bottom bunk bed, but problem solved after we put the pillow out in the sun on the balcony. Our kids enjoy the back yard, swings and ping pong. Overall, great place to stay. Thanks for letting us 😊

Beauty, serenity and comfort

Our family of 8 stayed for 2 nights at Seaspray and we absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed. The views were gorgeous, the house design brought in lots of natural light and the charming and modern decor added to the beauty of this holiday house. The beach is literally a short distance at the end of the street. Our family had a wonderful time spending time together in the house, and when we ventured out, other attractions in Phillip Island were within an easy drive. The place was spotless, the beds and furniture comfortable and check-in / check-out was a breeze, with excellent communication from the owner Elise. We would have loved to stay longer and would not hesitate to stay again.

Needs some love

Great property, size & location but could benefit with some updates.Two TVs in the house, but one only has free to air channels & the other only plays discs (seemed to be lots there). Would have liked a Smart TV to cast to.Otherwise has everything you need in a good spot.

Wonderful Family Retreat

Gorgeous house, brilliant location

We loved this house! Location is perfect for little beach nook and shops, cafe in walking distance. Could relax in front of that view everyday! Communication with host is excellent and house is perfectly clean and well maintained. Kids had a ball on the swings and bunking together 😊
