Sunny Seaside Escape

This brand new spacious, bright and airy home offers the perfect location for your Phillip Island getaway. You are located less than 10minutes walk from the bay beach, ocean beach and Cape Woolamai shops, minutes drive to excellent walking in Cape Woolamai Nature Park, 10 minutes drive to the Grand Prix Circuit, 15minutes drive to Cowes and great access to all of Phillip Island's attractions. Completed in November 2017 this modern home is beautifully appointed, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms all with built in robes, one with a full ensuite bathroom (complete with walk in shower and full sized bathtub), a second bathroom also with walk-in shower, open plan living/dining/kitchen, laundry, butler's pantry, lock up garage (accessible from the house) and outdoor area with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. The home is appointed with everything you need including washing machine, microwave, electric oven and cooktop, full sized fridge and hairdryers. In summer a sea breeze flows through the house and ceiling fans throughout will keep the air moving. In winter you will be toasty warm with the sun pouring in through north facing windows and the gas log fire on cloudy days and cool nights. All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. 2 Queen beds, 4 single beds and 1 trundle single. Also available on request with at least 7 days notice: 1 full sized cot and 1 portacot with all linen provided.

A lovely stay

Had a lovely summer stay. Kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked and lots of extras like games for the kids. Everything was clean and comfortable, good location close to the beach. It would be exceptional if the property had wifi and air conditioning but overall we had a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was beautiful, modern and clean. Location of the house was amazing although the property was a little difficult to see from the road. We were also disappointed that there was no wifi, Foxtel or Netflix considering the newness of the house. Dominique was so understanding and helpful! Would definitely go back, was a fantastic stay:)

Beautiful holiday house

This property was exactly what we were expecting and so much more. Even though it was just myself and my husband staying, it had everything we needed for our stay. 15 mins drive to Phillip Island race circuit, 20 mins to Cowes and 10 mins to San Remo. We are hoping to bring our grandchildren back here for a chilled out family holiday. Thankyou to our wonderful host who answered all our questions promptly and made us feel very welcome : )
