38 Bayview Drive, Cowes - Close to the beach

Sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet in this very comfortable, immaculate holiday home. Only a short drive to Grand Prix Circuit, Penguin Parade and Cowes main shopping area and glimpses of the sea from the deck and lounge.

The living kitchen and dining is open plan and sunny, there is a very comfortable lounge with flat screen tv and dvd player, a wood fire plus a split system heating and cooling unit. Easy living with polished timber floorboards and the bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave, there are plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for bbqs out on the deck. The deck is at the rear of the house with rural views and distant water views, a gas BBQ and outdoor setting make this the perfect spot for sitting relaxing and alfresco dining.

There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and has a large grassy area.

This property sleeps a total of 6 people and is pet friendly, strictly outside only but not recommended for larger dogs - pets are always by application only!

Very nice property with secure yard for children and our dogs. Unfortunately, we could only stay for 3 of the 7 scheduled nights as Michelle had to go to hospital. (All ok). So we did not have full use of this excellent property.

a few weeks on Philip Island

The property had evrything we needed. It was perfect for our needs and in a very quiet area. Yard was great for the dog.

Nice getaway

Clean property, comfy beds, homely with all the requirements we needed for our 2 night stay. The only slight downfall was the lack of supplies that were available for use which meant a trip into town to buy a lot of things we could have brought from home ie olive oil, salt and pepper, sponges and scourers, body wash etc. would have been nice if these things were made available for use for travellers. Bare basics were supplied only which I think should be looked at. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Home away from Home

This house is STUNNING!! The beds are comfy, the backyard is massive and perfect for kids to play and dogs to run around. They have an open fire that warms the house. The kitchen has everything you need including a frypan that dose not stick. I will definitely go back next school holidays.
