Great location (beach at the end of the street, 20ish min walk to main strip); great for our needs (bungalow out the back for teens); Fireplace plus plenty of other heating options in winter. Great winter getaway!

Peaceful home close to the beach

We loved our time in Phillip Island … the beach at the end of the street for stand up paddling, walking distance to the main street, picturesque parkrun at Churchill Island! Thanks for your hospitality! 😎

Great location. The property was old and charming but it wasn’t clean. As a family you need a clean bath : bathroom needs to be clean and unfortunately we had to clean it before we used it. Other than that the property was great.

Clean old home with tasteful decorating touches. Microwave did not work (had to use the large single aluminum saucepan) & could not get tv to work (no instructions & no response to my message to Stayz halfway through my stay) & with no Wifi, it was too quiet the one night I was ‘home’. Kitchen plug did not hold water in sink & no dishwasher. Great safe backyard for my 2 dogs & outdoor setting with umbrella were appreciated. West-facing bedroom & living room were both very hot when I arrived home late evening after an unseasonably hot day & no air-conditioner or fan in bedroom.

The property was not livable, the window frame in the lounge room was rotted with visual site of termites. The Whole house smelt of mould etc, the shower was sprouting water from the wall. The front door wouldn’t lock with the key the back door you had to really slam it to close it, the kitchen floor was on a slant. The whole property needed to be knocked down. It was terrible. Contacted the Real Estate agent who immediately placed us into an another property.

Location great, house comfortable enough but very old & smelly.

The location of the property was excellent, close to beach, golf course and Cowes centre. It was furnished well to make it comfortable enough and it was kept clean. The backyard was great. However it was extremely old and smelled very musty despite air fresheners hidden everywhere. The exterior was made almost completely of asbestos and dilapidated, there’s good reason the exterior photos are slightly out of focus in the ad and there are no photos of the bathroom. Overall it was overpriced for what it was.

Quiet beachside neighbourhood

Nice roomy house with plenty of space inside and out. Fireplace with wood supplied was an unexpected bonus. 20 min walk to centre of town, highly recommend
