The vaulted ceiling creates a spacious feel to this 600 square ft. cottage. Kitchen with new stove and vintage bar top open to the living/dining area. Step down into the master bedroom with two queen beds. Kids will enjoy the cozy bunk room. Screened front porch offers additional living space and back deck is private with wooded lot and fire pit.

Best of all is the private beach access just a short walk down the street with beautiful views from deck and stairs to Lake Michigan. Pets accepted!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services. Nice location

Really beautiful location but the cottage felt a little small for the price. The added owner and cleaning fees made it really expensive.

Cute place

Great location. Nice that everything you needed was there including firewood. Could use a few updates like new screen doors. Floors were pretty dirty. Need kitchen trash can.
