Family Fall Break Trip

2nd time staying in this neighborhood. This kitchen more equipped than most VRBO's and we lacked for nothing. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out and enjoy the cabin and views. Had a great time accessing the river daily and even caught a few fish right down the bank. No cell phone signal at the cabin thankfully, let us all unplug and fully relax away from work, while the wifi allowed us to check in when we had to. All around great trip and would definitely return to this well managed property.

Riverside Cabin

We loved staying at The River Home just outside Pagosa Springs, CO in the beautiful San Juan River Village. It was actually our second time to stay there. So peaceful and quiet. The home sits right on the river and it is a great place for star gazing due to the dark sky. Everything was clean and great communication with owner. We highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!
