Enjoy your next stay at the Knoxville House. This space is the second unit in a duplex and only 1 mile from Texas Tech University. This home has been completely redone inside and will help you to feel right at home. Enjoy the brand-new furniture, linens, and the large 70" smart TV in the living room. You'll be able to enjoy all your meals in the fully stocked kitchen. There's also a small private backyard area for you or your pets, if needed. This place is perfect for short or extended stays.

This home has everything that you would need to feel comfortable and right at home. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a king size bed. There are nightstands and bedside lamps as well as closet storage for your clothes and luggage.

In the living room you'll find comfortable sofa seating that will allow you to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV and any of your favorite streaming services. Please plan on using your own logins for this and be sure to log out when you depart.

The kitchen and dining room area has everything you'll need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many restaurants or to make your own home cooked meals. There is an electric stove and microwave in here as well as pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen area and has seating for 4 at the bar height top table.

In the bathroom, you'll find a tub/shower combo and toilet in its own private area while the vanity is just on the other side of the wall. This will allow more than one person to get ready without intruding on the other's privacy. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer here and plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.

Between the kitchen and the laundry room is the laundry area that you're more than welcome to use during your stay.

Parking is available in front of the unit and can fit at least 2 full size vehicles in the space.
The Knoxville House has been completely repainted on the outside in a beautiful Coney Island green color. This makes it stand out in the neighborhood and easy to find when you arrive in Lubbock.

All areas of the home are available to guests with the exception of the locked closet containing the hot water heater and AC unit.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

This home is located in the Medical District neighborhood just South of Texas Tech University. You are less than one mile from the North edge of Texas Tech Campus and central to many other locations in Lubbock.

Lubbock is a large city and has poor public transportation options. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle. You can get away with ride share options such as Lyft and Uber if you need to.

You are welcome to bring a pet with you during your stay but please let us know about this ahead of time. You are responsible for keeping pets off of the furniture, out of the beds, and cleaning up after them. If they cause any damage or any additional cleaning needs, you will be responsible for the cost.

We love hosting extended stays so if you have this need, please message us first so that we can best accommodate you and possibly save you some money.

The community fee shown on your booking represents the 9% tax that the city of Lubbock charges for the hotel tax and venue tax. Please let us know if you have any questions.
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No smoking inside the property No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
