Always a nice experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent, and we found the property to be well kept, although it's probably due for some new paint and deep cleaning. The view is fantastic, and it was a great value providing comfort and convenience. Booking process was flawless and easy, and Bender did a great job of communicating throughout the week to check on us.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay in this bright, beachfront condo. Aren't the glass-enclosed balconies perfect for comfy Gulf viewing? Deep cleans are always scheduled in the fall and winter, after the busy spring and summer seasons.

Definitely recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. Kid friendly and just steps away from the beach. Nice size pool right next to the ocean. Our family will definitely be staying here again in the future! It had everything we needed except a blow dryer, so make sure you pack yours.

We wanted a place that was on the beach and not a high-rise. This fit the bill! Loved being so close. The staff was responsive and great.

Great location

This is an OLDER unit, but it is in the PERFECT location and offers a GREAT view of the beach. We had a few housekeeping issues upon arrival but the host was VERY QUICK to address them and did not interfere with our stay at all! Bring your own games as there are none and only one throw blanket.

Edgewater 33 was great for us

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location is perfect, we could not believe how close to the beach we were, I've heard the term steps from the beach, this place truly is. At night the temperatures were perfect to open the door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing, we slept so good, The people at Bender were super nice and very helpful. We will definitely be back to stay at Edgewater, i don't want to stay anywhere else.

Baseball trip

Perfect size for my family of 5. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Only thing is it gets a little warm in the master bedroom, but there is a box fan you can run and it keeps the air moving.
