3-bedroom home with a stunning sunroom overlooking the back garden and backing on golf course perfect for the outdoor feel even on those rainy days.

This home comes with a beautiful open kitchen with a double door fridge/freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher included. This property also has a washer and dryer which makes the property perfect for any length of stay.

Take a nice 5-minute walk from the course too the spectacular Shelly beach and grab a bite to eat at the shelly beach surf lifesaving club cafe for breakfast. For lunch or dinner even take a short stroll down to the golf clubs aqua dining room for great food with amazing water and course views.

Perfect for a summer getaway with the property being so close to the beach, with an outdoor hot & cold shower it is perfect for the family to enjoy!

With only a 5 minute drive to the bay village shopping centre, you’re never too far away.

privacy issues

We felt like we were being watched. Glass doors - people can see into property. When we left gates opened we were phoned to say shut the gates - cameras outside. Just did not feel comfortable about our privacy surely we can leave gates open and shut them as we like. There was a large truck parked next to driveway and it made it difficult getting in and out. But not to cause trouble we didn't complain. Also fancy stove - no instructions left on how to use it.
