The open plan kitchen, dining & living, open out to the outdoor patio area, complete with fire pot & is just the spot to relax after a hard days work or a day of exploring. There's also a dedicated desk space, should you be travelling for work. And free off street parking for one vehicle.

The apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk from the bike track and the Metro bus stop is just 50 metres from the home, which takes you into the city via Launceston General Hospital.The local IGA supermarket is just a 20 minute walk from the house, with some fantastic cafes just a short drive away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Apartment in West was well equipped with all you need and was in an excellent location. The only bad thing was that we could hear the heavy footsteps from the apartment above us. We assume it was a child running around which was annoying.
