There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $750. The credit card may be charged up to $750 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

What a wonderful place for an extended family or group to stay while enjoying the beauty and excitement of Whistler Blackcomb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great - clean, neat, comfortable and with all of the amenities one might want for a long weekend away. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
This was a great base to explore Whistler and the surrounding area. The property was very comfortable, clean and well equipped and an easy 15 minute walk into Whistler Village. We had a great time staying in this property. It was a great location for us with the ability to take a shuttle to the mountain from just outside the door, and to be able to ski home after a great day on the slopes. The home was clean and well equipped- a bit dated but that was expected as the pictures were an accurate depiction.

As we arrived , within 2.5 hours of our check in time they called us relocating us to a house with different sleeping arrangements. They overbooked the house we were supposed to be in. The only thing they offered us was the price of the house that we were forced to stay in which was cheaper. There was no alternative for us, and this was the house we were forced to stay in, but they told us we could relocate to the original house the next day. If you were going to overbook a property, a better compensation package should be offered than the price of the lesser value.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I would like to clarify one important point, as we do not overbook our homes, and that was not the case here.
In this instance, the departing guest mistakenly believed their checkout date was the following day and did not vacate the property as scheduled. We became aware of this approximately 2.5 hours prior to your arrival, when our cleaning team arrived to prepare the home. At that time, the guest was still in residence, their belongings were throughout the property, and they were unresponsive to communication, which meant the home could not be properly prepared for your check-in.
As soon as we confirmed the home would not be ready, we contacted you immediately to explain the situation and outline the available options. Given the extremely short notice, we secured alternative accommodation and adjusted your rate to reflect the lower-priced home. We also offered the option to move you into your originally booked home the following day once it had been fully cleaned and inspected.
While this was an unusual and unforeseen situation, we genuinely did our best to find a workable solution as quickly as possible. We understand this was a disappointing outcome and not the arrival experience you had planned for, nor one we ever want our guests to have.

Lovely accommodation, totally accommodated for our needs on our recent skiing holiday.
Fully equipped kitchen facilities, comfortable living area and comfy beds - couldn't ask for more. Complimentary bottle of wine included.
Ideally located on free bus route!
Well kept, clean and overall a good property. On one of the bus routes (unfortunately the buses were on strike while we were visiting), or a 10-15 minute walk to Blackcomb gondola.
Short walk to upper village restaurants etc, but a bit of a longer walk to Whistler

This property was in a perfect location from the mountain just a short free bus ride away or walking distance if needed. Everything about it was great we would definitely stay again. If I were to say a small negative, it would be that the kitchen has no spices and we had to buy our own. Other then that couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great location, comfortable and spacious
A comfortable and spacious home, with an excellent location in the upper village - just 10-15 minutes walk down to the base of Blackcomb gondola. All the required facilities for our party of 7 to self-cater and explore the area. The only downside we found was some dirty kitchen equipment - a minor issue quickly remedied.

Unfortunately not all guests have a high standard of clean and things can get lost in the large kitchen cupboards, we are glad we could rectify this.
Lovely location, great to watch birds, squirrels and chipmunks from the balcony. Very quiet but easy access on the bus to shops, restaurants and lifts The apartment was well equipped, particularly the kitchen. We had a 3 year old with us so the washer and dryer were a big plus. Thank you!

Regarding the broken shower, we sincerely apologize that this issue occurred during your stay. We made every effort to find a plumber, but due to the Christmas holiday, it was particularly difficult. As a result, one of our inspectors applied a temporary fix with tape.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you once again for staying with us.
FoxGlove is convenient to the Whisper Village with covered parking included. Kitchen is very nice. Furniture and bath room fixtures are lower-end so not luxury. Very fairly priced for this area. Would work well for 2 couples with 4 kids.

Our group included 4 adults and 4 kids, ages 7-10. Sleeping arrangements were perfect- the bunk room with queen bed worked for the kids. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. There is a convenient bus stop at Foxglove, which we road many times (10 minutes to Blackcomb). There are quite a few sets of stairs to navigate both in the condo and to the garage, but no issue for our group. Main floor shower nozzle is leaky but it works. Overall great stay and would book again.

A pleasant property
Our group had a nice stay. The property pretty much matched as what was described. It accommodated six of us fine. Clean and pleasant but a bit dated in some areas (bath fixtures). Some minor inconveniences (a couple lights burned out in the kitchen ceiling and a bedroom and no spare lights in the supplies closet that we could find.) Upstairs bath had a very slow sink drain. Perhaps a run-through by the management company before a group comes to stay up could check to make sure all lights, drains, etc. are in working order. Again, overall a nice vacation.
